Tranexamic acid, also known as chloric acid, chemical name 4-aminomethyl cyclohexane formic acid, trade name Tosemin.Tranexamic acid (tranexamicacid) is a synthetic amino acid antifibrinolytic drug, which can competitively inhibit the binding of fibrin lysine to fibrinolytic enzyme, thus inhibit the cleavage of fibrin clot and produce hemostatic effect. it is mainly used in clinic for all kinds of bleeding caused by Chemicalbook caused by hyperfibrinolysis.
