Indomethacin chemical name 2-methyl-1 -(4-chlorobenzoyl) -5-methoxy-1H-indole-3-acetic acid, belonging to the BCS classification drugs of class II, high permeability, low solubility, poor dissolution, low bioavailability in vivo.
