Uses | Fasudil Hydrochloride is a new drug with a wide range of pharmacological effects, it is a cardiovascular and cerebrovascular drug which improves symptoms of ischemic cerebrovascular disease such as cerebral vasospasm following subarachnoid hemorrhage. It has significant neuroprotective and therapeutic effects for ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and is suited for clinical use, particularly at the grassroots level to reduce mortality. |
Introduction:
Fasudil hydrochloride is a new drug with extensive pharmacological effects. It is white powder, soluble in water and dimethyl sulfoxide, insoluble in ethanol.
Function:
1.Its molecular structure is 5-isoquinoline sulfonamide derivative. It is a Rho kinase inhibitor. It can dilate blood vessels by increasing the activity of myosin light chain phosphatase, reduce the tension of endothelial cells, improve brain microcirculation, antagonize anti-inflammatory factors, protect nerve, resist apoptosis, and promote nerve regeneration.
2.It can promote the recovery of nerve function, relieve clinical symptoms and reduce the disability rate.
3.It has a significant neuroprotective and therapeutic effect on ischemic cerebrovascular disease, and is worthy of clinical use, especially at the grassroots level, to reduce the disability rate and improve the quality of life.
