Function&Application:

Vitamin B12 is a necessary vitamin in the metabolism of human tissue. The average amount of vitamin B12 in human body is 2-5 mg, of which 50-90% are stored in the liver and released into the blood to form red blood cells when needed. A chronic lack of B12 can lead to pernicious anemia. B12 and folic acid are important phobic enzymes in the process of cell synthesis of nucleic acid, which
are involved in the synthesis of purine, pyrimidine, nucleic acid and methionine, and can transfer methyl and promote the synthesis of but alkali; at the same time, it can increase the synthesis of glycogen, thus eliminating liver lipid. It is often used as a drug for the treatment of liver disease. Human body needs about B121 micrograms of vitamin per day ,2 micrograms of food per day, can ensure normal needs.
